Why aren't my activations showing up in my dashboard?

All activations will appear in your dashboard, but there’s occasionally a delay which could be up to a few days.

 

Please note, activations will appear on your dashboard 2 months after your sims have been activated.

 

For example, if your sim was topped up on the 1st January, you’ll be paid for the top-up on the 10th working day in March. If you think you should have been paid more than you have been, it may be that we’ll pay you in the next month.

If you see any of these messages in your order page, this is what they mean:

 

Limited Stock
You can still order the sim tariff but probably at lower quantities than normal.

 

Out of Stock
The tariff is currently unavailable.

Can I re-activate my account?

Yes, please get in touch with us via the Support forum and we’ll re-instate your account for you.

 

If your account has been suspended by us, re-instating your account is at our discretion.
