What is an activation rate?

Your activation rate is a percentage of your sims which become activated against the sims you order.

 

For example: if you order 10 sims and you activate 2 of these sims, your activation rate would be 20%.

 

You can find your activation rate on your dashboard. Your rate is likely to change when you place sim orders and when you receive activations.

Can I de-activate my account?

Yes, please get in touch with us via the Support forum and we’ll de-activate your account for you.

Do I need to sign for my sims?

If you have ordered 20 sims or less, we’ll deliver them in a parcel small enough to fit through your letter box.

 

For larger orders, the parcel will be too big to fit through your letterbox. These must be signed for upon delivery. If you’re not in when your sims are delivered, they’ll be sent back to the nearest depot for collection. You’ll receive a note letting you know where they are and asking you to collect them. If you don’t pick up your sims after 21 days they’ll be sent back to us.

How much can I earn?

You'll earn £5 for every Pay as you Go sim ordered through Star Trader that gets activated (Applies to activations received from 1st January 2015 onwards; Activations received prior to 1st January 2015 will receive £3 commission). There's no maximum amount that you can earn.

You can now also earn £5 for every Mobile Broadband sim that gets topped-up with £10 or more.
